Version 3.0.0 of numerica requires a LaTeX distribution from October 2020 or later (when xparse became available in LaTeX2e systems), as well as the packages amsmath and mathtools. V.3.0.0 allows use of the decimal comma, evaluates multiple expressions within the one \eval command, and can output results in the form of fractions.
